Seafood and land products. Nature is wise; one must know how to wait. Expect the point of maturity, the ideal season in which the flavor is at its maturity. Fish, seafood, shellfish, vegetables, farm animals, we choose what we like in different markets.
“Centenarians combinations and stews, which I learned from my mother and my father” .We perpetuate the tradition and put our little touch of modernity in it, with great respect to the product, recipes and folk wisdom.
In our menu you will find a good representation of the Mediterranean cuisine of Gandia, with more than 15 types of rice, dry or mellow, fideuà of Gandia in different versions or typical tapas from a village of Valencian sea.

My gastronomic offer is honest and carefully done. I intend to convey the traditional cuisine of Gandia as it has come to us after generations, inherited from my parents.
